Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 11:00am 

and 4:30pm to 7:30 pm.  

Saturday 8:00am to 10:00 am

Free for children on family memberships

Seasonal camps are scheduled to test and expand children's strength and athletic abilities.  Kids ages 12-14 can pass the competency exam and use the weight floor unattended.
