    Class Descriptions

    FROM THE FITNESS ENTHUSIAST TO A FIRST-TIMER, WE HAVE SOMETHING FOR you

    cardio circuit

    Combines continuous cardio and full body resistance training. This workout will burn calories and tone you up!

    M W&F 8:30am with Diek


    water aerobics

    Strength training combined with cardio and flexibility.  This low impact class is great for post-injuries and sore joints. Monday and Wednesdays at 8:30am

    Water Volleyball on Fridays at 8:30am

    zumba

    A total workout combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. You'll feel a boosted energy each time you leave this class!

    Tuesday and Thursdays 8:30am

    Friday at 9:45am

    Barre

    Barre classes are ballet inspired, but essentially barre classes mix elements of Pilates, Yoga and functional training with moves that are choreographed to motivating music. 

    Gentle Barre (beginner friendly) Monday and Wednesdays 9:45am

    Barre (all levels) Monday and Wednesdays at 5:30pm

    Get stronger

    This intense workout combines a variety of tried and true methods such a s high volume, high intensity, and interval training. Taught by Hope Misner Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:30am 

    Yoga

    Yoga with Chris Tuesdays at 5:30pm-  Our yoga class offers a blend of strength, flexibility, and relaxation through mindful movement and breath work. Suitable for all levels, this class helps improve balance, relieve stress, and enhance overall well-being. Tuesdays at 5:30pm

    active aging classes

    Gentle Bar, Zumba, and Water Aerobics- With hand-held weights, elastic tubing resistance, and a chair for seated exercise and standing support, these classes are designed to improve overall strength and fitness for everyone. 

    RIP

    RIP with Amy -  A full-body resistance training workout that uses free weights and focuses on time under tension to build strength and endurance. This class combines controlled, slow movements with challenging holds, maximizing muscle engagement and improving stability. It's perfect for those looking to increase muscle tone, boost metabolism, and build lean strength in a supportive, high-energy environment. Tuesdays at 4:15pm Thursdays at 5:30pm

    All Group X Classes come free with a membership!
