Gentle Bar, Zumba, and Water Aerobics- With hand-held weights, elastic tubing resistance, and a chair for seated exercise and standing support, these classes are designed to improve overall strength and fitness for everyone.
RIP with Amy at 5:30pm on Thursdays- A full-body resistance training workout that uses free weights and focuses on time under tension to build strength and endurance. This class combines controlled, slow movements with challenging holds, maximizing muscle engagement and improving stability. It's perfect for those looking to increase muscle tone, boost metabolism, and build lean strength in a supportive, high-energy environment.
